It’s Friday so it’s Wine Day and the weekend means it’s time to celebrate. So why not a sparkling wine?
Mas Fi, Cava Brut, Méthode traditionnelle, Catalunya, Spain
I suggest this light-tasting Cava which underwent a second fermentation in the bottle (traditional method), like Champagne.
To better balance and to gain in complexity, this Spanish sparkling wine spent 10 months in barrel. Its fine bubbles give a fresh taste that lingers in the mouth.
Notes of white flowers and citrus do not go unnoticed. All this in a creamy blend on the palate. Very refreshing! Killer value.
